“My 9 year old daughter cracked more than 1/2 of her front 2 upper adult teeth out at her roller skating party. We were referred to see Dr J. Gregson by the pediatric dental specialist. We went in with a lot of uncertainty as to what kind of work she would need. Dr Gregson’s front office staff met and greeted us with warm smiles and had our paperwork pulled and ready. We were taken to the back pretty quickly after getting checked in. He came in and examined her teeth and they were able to be fixed. She does not do well with the laughing gas. He was patient, reassured her the entire time, made sure she was comfortable, and she did without it. The work he did is so well done you can’t even tell. “I have been going to Dr. Gregson for several years now and he is always accommodating and kind. He explains the process and really monitors my dental health. My young daughter has started seeing Dr. Haddock and we recently had a huge dental emergency late at night. I was able to speak directly with Dr. Haddock and have her issue fixed that night! “This was my first visit to Green Gregson Family Dentistry and I’m very glad my son and daughter-in-law referred me to this practice. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel right at home. The dentist, Jeff Gregson, came in and introduced himself and talked to me about the problem I was having with my tooth. After carefully reviewing my X-ray and completing his examination, Jeff told me the tooth needed to be removed. The X-ray showed signs of infection leading into my sinuses and Jeff prescribed an antibiotic. “I’m deployed to NOLA, away from home, with a very painful dental issue. I read reviews, trusted my instincts and called Dr Gregson. He saw me right away, without hesitation. His offices were adversely affected by Hurricane Ida and he STILL went above and beyond to tend to my tooth. His attention, demeanor, and professionalism are comparable to none. The pain I was having was bad, and “googling” a doctor was pretty scary, however, I went with my gut and was not disappointed.
