Office Re-Opening Information

All patients must complete the Patient Screening Form 24-48 hours before their appointment.

Dear Patients,

Our number one priority is to make sure our patients stay healthy, calm, and positive during this health crisis.  We are returning to a more normal work schedule as of May 1st per the Order of the Department of Health. We are reviewing all our patients’ treatment needs so that we can make sure we are addressing priority issues (urgent and time-sensitive dental care) that can have an impact on overall health and your immune system. This includes preventive care appointments with our hygienists.

If you are experiencing an emergency and require urgent dental care, please contact our office via phone or text. Emergency dental care is generally defined as pain or discomfort.

Generally, patients 60 years old and over, as well as those with high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, and other chronic health conditions are considered at-risk. Additionally, any patient (any age) who is in need of time-sensitive dental care is a priority. A time-sensitive dental issue is anything that can get worse if it is not treated.

Of course, per our recent communications, we are making sure that our office environment is safe. We are continuing to diligently employ all the sterilization and infection controls we have ALWAYS had in place along with adding disposable gowns as needed for our clinical team, face shields, and medical-grade HEPA13 air filtration throughout the office. As your trusted health care partner, our goal is to do everything possible to support you (and your family) during these stressful and confusing times.
